Snkr+ No Refund / No Exchange Policy

At Snkr+, we specialize in sourcing and selling both brand new and pre-owned sneakers, streetwear, and other high-demand items. Because of the unique and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. By purchasing from Snkr+, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds or Returns

  • Snkr+ does not accept refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

2. No Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on any items. Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct product, style, and size at the time of purchase.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

  • All items sold by Snkr+ are 100% authentic. Each product is carefully inspected and verified prior to sale.

  • Authenticity is the only guarantee provided. Beyond this, Snkr+ makes no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding any product.

4. Condition of Products

  • For brand new items, condition will be “deadstock” (unworn, unused) unless otherwise stated.

  • For pre-owned items, condition will be disclosed to the best of our ability through written descriptions and/or product photos. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition as listed at the time of sale.

  • Normal wear-and-tear of pre-owned items is not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photos, and sizing information before completing their purchase.

  • Snkr+ is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect sizing, fit, or personal preference.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Snkr+ is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to the use, wear, or resale of products purchased.

  • Once an order has been shipped or picked up in-store, risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the customer.

7. Agreement to Policy

  • By making a purchase with Snkr+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund / No Exchange Policy.

  • Snkr+ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
